Prairie Rehabilitation Services provides quality physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and hand therapy.
We strive to provide uncompromised quality of care for patients in need of rehabilitation. We believe in providing quality therapy services combined with sensitivity and concern for each individual we treat.
Prairie Rehabilitation Services has outpatient facilities in southeast
South Dakota and southwest Minnesota. (For specific location information

Prairie Rehabilitation Services also provides offsite services to inpatients
and outpatients at several long-term care facilities in southeast South
Dakota, southwest Minnesota, and northwest Iowa. Home Health services
are also available through contracts with other organizations.
