Prairie Rehabilitation offers 24-hour access to the facility and is easily accessible. Prairie Rehabilitation offers a variety of cardio options, free weights, balance and Cybex equipment to allow a variety to your workout routine. Our therapy and fitness staff are available for questions and members also get to meet with our trainer to set up a program that is right for you.

Our commitment to therapy services extends to the future. We provide clinical education to students for occupational therapists and assistants, physical therapists and assistants and speech/language pathologists (speech therapy). Our staff are adjunct faculty at surrounding universities and guest lecturers on a variety of topics.

Prairie Rehabilitation provides physical, occupational and speech-language therapy and contract services to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, senior care centers, home health care agencies and private homes as part of our contract therapy services. These services are provided based on our customers’ needs such as full-service, consulting, as well as management only.

Our services extend across the Southeast South Dakota and Southwest Minnesota regions.
